I have followed all the steps to download as a student S-Concrete, when I open the software the error message ''Error #380 Invalid Proprety value'' keeps popping up and I cannot do anything in the software. How can I make it work?

I have followed all the steps to download as a student S-Concrete, when I open the software the error message ''Error #380 Invalid Proprety value'' keeps popping up and I cannot do anything in the software. How can I make it work? I also have another computer I could use instead, but to do so someone would need to maybe reset my account/delete it since I cannot use it on more than one computer.

Thank you for reaching out. To resolve this issue, try closing S-CONCRETE, opening Windows' Start menu, typing "Run" and pressing intro, and pasting the text: %localappdata%/s-frame software.

Here, locate the SCONCRETE.ini file, and delete it. 

 

Close the window and try relaunching S-CONCRETE.
