Overview
This script will set a metadata value for selected surfaces, using it's area value. Then it isolates those surfaces with specific user selected area value.
Usage/Installation Instructions
Run script e.g. from DropDown File > Load > Script
Select surfaces to check and assign area metadata:
Enter area target value:
Enter delta value:
The selected surfaces get metadata assigned ("Area") and are checked
area-of-surf <> area target value +/- delta
If area value fits equation, then these surfaces get isolated in the display:
