HyperWorks _ Meshing Assembly

Hello,

I am trying to mesh an assembly with four parts in hyperworks. The model is imported as parts and individually tetrameshed. However, after I ran the optistruct analysis, I realized that the three parts at the bottom had merged into one union. Does anyone know what might be causing the problem? Should I import the geometry as an assembly instead of parts? What would be a good workflow in terms of meshing parts in an assembly?

I have attached screenshots of the problem. Thanks in advance!!

if I'm not wrong, the default of the tetramesh is to generate a new component and generate the solid tetras into this new collector.

You could easily organize your elements back to their original components, by using 'organize' >> O hotkey.

You can also control where the mesh is going to be generated under the advanced options. 'Mesh destionation'.
