HyperWorks CFD contains many convenient tools for repairing geometry from the right-click context menu in the part browser. As an example, you can right-click on a surface body and select "Fix surface bodies". This automatically performs a number of repair operations in an attempt to form a solid body from the surface and avoids the need to enter into the manual tools to use them individually. Another really convenient time saver.
