The HyperWorks 2022.1 release has many new advanced features and enhancements for NVH engineers specifically full vehicle optimization workflow.

Below are some of the NVHD highlights in the HyperWorks 2022.1 release:

1. Optimization workflow for full vehicle You can now create optimization set-up by creating the design variables (for properties, gages, connections and modal parameters), design responses, constraints and objectives for user-defined full vehicle loadcases and submit optimization using OptiStruct. The complete optimization set-up can be saved in an Assembly XML file for review and reuse. A new postprocessing utility is developed to postprocess the optimization results.

2. Model Correlation Enhancement to support LCS from test UNV files in MAC calculation.

3. U-joint Connection: Enhancement to specify plunging mass in U-joint connections
