Download Links Troubleshooting

There are cases where when you click on the download links in the email, one would just see a tab open and the exe does not download (in Google Chrome), in such cases:

  • You should copy (right-click on link and copy link) and paste the download links in a different browser (like Edge or Firefox) and click Go.
  • You should open the email in a different browser (if using gmail or yahoo for instance in a browser) and click on the links in the email there.
  • Write to us in the Altair Community here with this issue and we will send you alternate download links.
