To learn the latest updates about Post-Processing in HyperMesh Post or HyperView and HyperGraph for HyperWorks 2022 right from the source, please follow along in the webinar below.

Topics discussed in this webinar are as follows:

1. Latest post-processing upgrades in HyperMesh (1:36)

    • Support for Ansys, and Abaqus solver results
    • Settings for the Matrix browser and HyperMesh Post have been centralized in the common preferences menu.
    • Unifying pre- and post-processing lets you visualize your loadcases and results all in one place, including visualization with element thickness.
    • The Matrix Browser is an outstanding tool to further automate your data query tasks that can be performed on both your FE model, and your FEA results. It offers file export to interact with your data further in spreadsheets.
    • In this release, we added the recording of results queries, so model data and results query can be automated within a single Matrix Browser macro.

    • User interface updates for Notes, Section Cuts and Measures
    • Automation updates in HyperGraph and Reporting as mentioned below

3. Automation updates across HyperWorks (19:40)

    • The Hotspot Finder can be used to quickly identify critical regions in your results, and together with measure curves it is now fully supported in HyperWorks Record & Playback (HWC language).
A new Tcl package named “postquery” has been added as an add-on to allow users to perform additional database queries in HyperView and HyperGraph more efficiently.
    • Controlling stackmath, creating & editing curves, notes, datums, and plotting window in HyperGraph via the HWC language.
    • Create and edit Report entities such as image, text, table, and results loop module.

4. Additional automation demos (41:35)

    • Usage of Tcl postquery package in scripts to loop over lists of HyperView entities.
