What settings do I need to make to be able to calculate a 2019 simulation in 2022?
Hello Altair Team,
I startet to work on a Radioss simulation in the student version 2019. Radioss can do its job here.
Now I am able to use the full license of the 2022 version. Here the simulation doesnt run the same way. I dont get any results but it says "job complete". What settings or sth else do I have to do, that the "old" file is able to run in the new HyperWorks- Radioss version?
Thank you for quick response.

do you have the .out files from both runs (2019 and 2022)?
There's no error there?

I get both out files. In both versions Radioss says "job complete". But oviously sth is missing in the 22 version because I dont get a simulation result.Adriano A. Koga_21884 said:do you have the .out files from both runs (2019 and 2022)?

In the attachement are the 0000.out and 0001.out files from version 19 and 22.

this looks strange. The 0000.out looks the same, with same number of warnings.
How about the 0001.rad files? have you update them? maybe there's something you need to update the header.
Could you share the 2 _0001.rad files (identifying them as 2019, and 2022)?

I just load the same file in version 22 as I did in the version 19.
I got told that it is backword compatible, but I doesnt work here.

From your out files, I can see it agrees with the suggestion I made before when you reported this case, the termination time for your 2022 run is reported as 0, suggesting the engine file you are using does not have a /RUN termination time set.
I have tried running the model files you shared in your last link, (the 0001.rad there has a termination time) and in both 2019 and 2022 I get results (i.e. I am unable to replicate your issue)

Where can i set the "run time" in the model?
