Issues with User Account Logging in

Hello,

 

We have 4 Authorized Machines and I'm attempting to set this up for one of our users for the first time. He was able to get to the link and register however, now he is getting a message Unable to get User information. Looking for a reason why this error is occuring. Any help would be appreciated.
