Exporting STEP file when using OSSmooth

Hi!

I have done optimization for my model, got the results and have created geometry based on the results using OSSmooth. Model is not very big - just 2 blocks 900x300 mm.

But when i press safe&exit and the exporting progress reaches 100% (as shown below), hypermesh hangs in this state (also showing Not Responding) for hours and nothing happens, no STEP file is created.What could be the problem and how I could overcome it?

i'm not sure, but it looks that you have a ',' in your file name?

Maybe this migh cause some issue in the end.

 

The other option is just to convert the mesh into geometry and then export it manually from the file menu, without using the 'save & exit' option. Maybe this works.
