When it comes to Formula Student competitions, the goal for each team is to win the competition by driving their teams race car. In order to achieve this, simulation plays a significant role within the design and optimisation process on car components. This is where HyperWorks comes in. Elbflorace - a Formula Student team from Technical University, utilised HyperWorks to design and optimise components such as: an engine mount, a wheel rim and more.
