Can we take a specifically look at the operation of the transformer?

I'm currently in a situation where power is being sent from an inverter-based power source to the grid. Additionally, plan to connect a three-phase diode rectifier to the inverter output to observe the power quality. I intend to compare the scenarios with and without adding an inductor and transformer in front of the three-phase diode rectifier. Ideally, when a transformer is added, the primary and secondary sides should be isolated, preventing harmonics from transferring. However, we are still observing harmonics from the primary side on the secondary side. I would like to know if it is possible to closely examine the transformer's operation in PSIM.

A transformer might attenuate some harmonic content but the only way to "trap" harmonics is to have a delta winding. What sort of transformer have you modeled in your system and what impact were you hoping to have on the harmonics?
