Metadata inputs missing from multiple functions

I downloaded the student version of Hyperworks and when I went to create a beam, it didn't have the boxes in the card for me to fill in beam dimensions. I checked the material and property cards and all the data inputs from there are missing as well. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't fix it. I'm hoping it's something simple that I've missed!
