Not able to import mesh

Hi Shyam,
What error do you see when importing? Just to add EDEM only needs geometry surfaces, it's useful to be able to import a .msh file (which gets converted into just a surface mesh) however if you have another file you could import that. The domains in EDEM and Fluent should be the same size however the geometry files used don't have to be identical.

I am not getting any errors but. What happens is when I import a mesh and create a factory plate i can't see my model at all in EDEM.
I am new to EDEM maybe I might be asking a trivial question just started using it in the past 2-3 days. But not sure what is going on.
Also is there any comprehensive recorded lecture series about getting started with EDEM or something like that? i could not find something like that on your official youtube channel
The tutorial files are really helpful thank you so much for the detailed tutorial files. But a video introducing all the features would be extremely helpful for someone who is using this tool for the first time.
