why are acceleration different between /TH/NODE and /TH/ACCEL?

This figure shows the accelerations on the node using /TH/NODE and /TH/ACCEL.

F_cut of /ACCEL is the recommended value (1650Hz).

Filter CFC1000 (F_cut 1650Hz) is applied the acceleration using /TH/NODE.

 

Why are they different?

The curves on the plot seem very similar to  me.

What is about the curves that make them different according to your criterion?
