What is the difference between JOINTG Reaction forces and Element Stress (1D)?

Hello,

 

What is the difference between JOINTG Reaction forces and Element Stress (1D)?

 

To what i have seen they dont match, when I extract one or another, their magnitudes are not the same? so, what of each of this mean?
