I want to analyze a shaft with different unbalanced mass. I want to get the deflexión of the mass for different rotational speeds and unbalance. Is this possible?

Are you using OptiStruct for Rotordynamics.
You can use UNBALNC to define unbalanced loading during rotor dynamic analysis.
