Why am I getting message to download latest  version 18.1.0.0 for Monarch 2022.1 release? I can't find it

    Same here. We are getting the message to update our version to 18.1.0.0 but when i click on the link to download it. It's no where to  be found. What's up with that?

    Hello @Janice Ford & @Ounheaun , 


    Apologies on the experience in trying to locate the Monarch Application in that it directs you to the User Community Home Page.   

    You will always be able to locate the latest Monarch Complete Client from Altair Marketplace .  You may need to be "signed in" to view the download link.  At this time the latest client release is Version 2022.1 (18.1.0.32420).

    You may also locate the installer(download) from Altair Connect

    In Monarch Data Prep Studio in the Application Default Settings --> ABOUT section you will be able to identify the Version # of Monarch Complete that is installed on your machine.

    In Monarch Classic under FILE --> HELP it will display the Version # installed on your machine.

    You may always contact our Technical Support Team for the latest Monarch Client if you are unable to access Altair Marketplace or Altair Connect by selecting  "Contact Support" from the User Community Home Page.
