Can I create a non-meshed coil from an existing volume?

I have two volumes that I would like to use as non-meshed coil magnetic sources. Is there any way to use a volume to define a non-meshed coil, rather than having to create one manually?

Hello Will,

Non meshed coils are entities that do not have volumes, so unfortunately you cannot create them from a volume, but you can assign air material to these volumes and generate NMCs manually. This will help you compare the actual position of the coils and also give you the ability to adjust the mesh locally in case the coils are completely surrounded by air.

There is an option "clone the coil" that you can use, this can help you in case of coils with similar geometry that have different position. Right click on the entity.
