There are many updates and additions to Inspire 2024. You can review release notes here: https://help.altair.com/inspire/whatsnew/Inspire_2024_ReleaseNotes_English.pdf
Few key additions to 2024: Updates to implicit modeling, new primitives, remap tool, shell supports for AM, etc. I definitely recommend to download latest build.
