Dear sir

According to modeling direct shear test in Geotechnical engineering,(one vertical applied force and one horizontal displacement), so I have an error in python code for post processing and I have question that anyone can help me to fix this error?The pictures of error are in appendix

Looking at StackOverflow it would suggest you have NaNs or inf values in your dataset:

I can't advise much more but I'd investigate the values that you're passing into this function.
