It is not possible to view temperature results in 3D in FluxMotor. But you can see the radial and axial view of temperature map.
You need to move to Flux to run a thermal analysis and view temperature distribution in detail.
Please look at examples of thermal analysis for electric motors in Flux for the procedure.
