In the older version of HypeStudy like 2019, While reading the output .odb files in the expressions builder, when the readsim is inserted there will be a popup window opening where the odb file can be selected, How to get this pop window in 2023.1

Hello Satya,

You can simply drag the *.odb from the run folder, and release it in the working area (note that Define Output Responses tab is active).

By doing so, the File Assistant window will be opened automatically, please see below an example with h3d file. The appropriate reader is selected automatically, it will be the same for odb file, and you can go ahead by clicking Next.
An alternative is to click on File Assistant button.
