I am attempting to download a free trial of EDEM and yet every time i click on download or even the install instructions it simply opens a new tab back to the downloads page. I tried contacting customer support but I couldn't figure out what to put in the required "account" section, my username or ID or anything I tried didn't work. So my question is, how do I actually get this trial to start downloading?
