segmentation error in hypermesh
Hello,
I have a segmentation error, when I just drag in Hypermesh(Hyperwork).
I have removed the settings as instructed, but it doesn't seem to work for me.
It constantly says 'A segmentation error occurred. Do you want to save your model?'.
What should I do?
Is there any other way to get rid of this error?

Hello,
To remove the tempory files did you use the HyperWorksWindowsCleanup.bat?
Do you have the same behaviour if you use File > Open ?

Hi I have installed hypermesh 2023 version and this problem is occuring for importing a CAD model/step file. What can i do I tried removing the .altair files, hmmenu file etc but nothing is working.
