    We appreciate your sending the screenshot along. Run-time errors like the one you received might be related to some files located in the following folder:

    %LOCALAPPDATA%\S-FRAME Software

    Could you look for a file called Sframe.ini, and send us a copy using the 'Add attachments' option under the text box? There is a chance that there were installation issues for some reason, which did not allow some files to be defined properly, including this file. We'd like to take a closer look.
