Switching from Mac to Windows - Inspire Studio

Hello!
I'm planning to switch from Mac to Windows for running Inspire Studio.
Any recommendations for hardware? I would like a compact PC not a laptop.
I am considering an ASUS Expertcenter PN52-S7020 AD R7-5/16/512/UMA
It has anAMD RYZEN 5 and AMD Graphics.
Any recommendations?
Regards
Einar

Hi Einar,
I have used a HP Z2 Mini G5 Workstation (I//32GB/NVIDIA Quadro T2000). It has performed very well. Today I would buy a bit faster graphics card.

Thank you Ari!
It seems that the HP Z2 Mini G5 Workstation come with Intel Core i7 now, not optimal for Inspire Studio I guess.

In my experience i7 is good enough. Modelling programmes are not very heavy on processing power. Graphics card is very important and you should put your money on that. And adding memory is probably important as well.
It would be great to hear an expert opinion from Altair on hardware.

I agree, some expert advice from Altair would be very welcome!
Running Inspire Studio on MacBook has been a rather bumpy ride, it stopped working again after upgrading to lastest OS Montery 12.6, that's the reson why I´m now getting a Windows Pc.

Hi again,
Finally settled for a Lenovo Thinkstation P360 Ultra Tower, NVIDIA RTX A2000, Core i7-12700, 64GB RAM.
Very compact and fast, can put it in a backpack, rendering several times faster than on my 2019 MacBook Pro. So far very happy with this setup.

Hi Einar,
Sounds very good. I have used my pc only for modeling to keep it fast. I use Mac for everything else.
