Solver failed Hypermesh Radioss

Hi, I am new in Hypermesh. I wanted to run a simulation but at the first time it runned but I could not get any results. Then I runned to get results but then it showed: Solver failed. I can't find what is wrong in my simulation, could anyone help me?

I am using Hypermesh Radioss Block140

The HM file you attached seems to be completely empty?

Version 140 is around 7 years old now, you should really try to use a newer version, technical support typically extends to 3 versions so the oldest version that still has technical support is 2020 (with 2021 and 2022 releases having occurred since then)
