Topology Optimization with Lattice Structure

Hi All,

I am trying Topology Optimization with lattice structure using optistruct. Though, I did some modeling but still I didn't find a good literature about defining lattice parameters inside optistruct and convert the optimized design into a CAD file for Additive Manufacturing. Help in this regard will highly be appreciated, please. Thanks in advance.

There are some tutorials in the Help of OptiStruct and also take a look at the OptiStruct documentation for lattice parameters. It should be all there.

Converting a lattice structure to CAD/STL is not so trivial, and you will need some 3rd party software, such as Materialise (3-matic or Magics, not quite sure).
