How to acquire the Student Edition

Hi,
I graduated in Mechanical Engineer last November and I don't have a job yet - COVID-19 hit Italy very hard. Still, I wish to learn HyperMesh - actually I'm studying several FEA software as I wish to become a Stress Engineer. Am I eligible to acquire the Student Edition? If so, how?
I'm a student, but with no University or company.

As you does not have valid student 'status', I don't know if it's possible for you to request a student release. Maybe another forum admin will respond you on this subject.
In the meantime, you can continue to learn other softwares

I wish to add Altair HyperMesh to my skill set. It can give me an advantage over other candidates.
Are there some manuals/books? If not with practice, can I learn with theory?

A very nice starting point is the e--book at Altair University:
Altair University has a few training modules as well, and also Youtube has plenty of videos.
