I've never seen this kind of error.

What kind o f license do you have?

Are you a full-customer? or are you using student edition?

    Can you give more details?

If you are a full-customer, I'd suggest you to contact your local support of Altair.

maybe your installation got corrupted during download, or soemthing like that.

Can you try downloading and re-installing it again? Also using 'check-sum' to check your installer integrity would be nice. There are a few topics around here showing how to compare check sum. of your file

    HI

This is likely because the executable/s was corrupted on download, and hence you will need to completely uninstall the software and redownload the executables, and It is important first to try deleting the downloaded file and downloading it again and then install again. I am also attaching alternate links to download if necessary,

If you still face issues, to make sure the file is not damaged on download, run an md5 checksum on the downloaded file (google md5 checksum):

    1. Double click / run the Winmd5 checksum executable (download win md5 a freeware from the internet, please note we cannot be responsible for external content and info)
    1. Select the executable by clicking on the Browse button or drag and drop the file into the window
    2. After running the MD5 checksum on your computer, kindly see if your MD5 checksum value matches the one here:a60e6c3dea8b8390c9152d6c5de81fc9
