wing rib

Hi,

i am simulating a wing rib but the results was not what i expected.

I created two areas because i want to optimize after,but look like hiperworks recognise them like two objects,i created a contact between them,but the results are the same.

The contact definition is wrong.

Use nodal connectivity or use rigid to connect

You forgot to do 'equivalent' of nodes between two components.

Just do equivalent of nodes.

Tools => edges => Select elems => modify 'tolerance' if necessary => equivalence
