Download Links will not work for inspire student edition

I am a postgraduate who just received the email Altair Student Edition License File for *** .When I click on the download links in the email, one would just see a tab open and the exe does not download. I have tried several times in different browsers but filed. Could you please help me with this problem?

    could you please copy and paste the links in a different web browser? Some issues were reported with some browsers blocking the downloads.
