After completing the Intriduction to Knowledge studio course im unable to access the advanced exam and course completion certificate

Hello, I am in the same situation. I took two courses this morning and it is impossible for me to do the "knowledge check" and therefore to have my certificate of completion. What should I do ? Thanks in advance.
