Muliscale Designer Run Error

I'm just learning multiscale design software, Unit modal definition step is running correctly but when I'm running linear material characterization, I'm getting below error. I tried the run with different directory but the error remains the same. kindly resolve the issue

Yes, Kindly change your directory to c and provide correct installation directory. it will work then.
