I haven't Recieved a confirmation of registration email

I submitted my details to join the online university a week ago, and have not yet been approved. How can I go about resolving this issue?

    Hi,

    We do not see a registration request for your email ID in our learning and certification system.

    Kindly register yourself for Learning and Certification Program again by visiting https://certification.altairuniversity.com/.

    Note: Please use official/university email ID while registering for learning and certification system.

    I have been receiving this error message for the past week and a half. I registered on the 24th of February.

    When I did not receive a confirmation email I attempted to sign in and was told to register. I then attempted to register again and was told I had already been registered.

    Your account for learning and certification program has been approved. Please log in to the learning and certification system with the details entered while registering.
