usually after completing an optimisation there is a button which takes me straight to hyperview to review the optimisation, however the button is not present and i cant press the hyperview button either. is there a problem with the file im using?
Not sure what would cause that, maybe try clearing your settings files in your start in folder, but you should be able to open hyperview directly from the start menu:
