i have a question for hypermesh 2022.1,because my company update altaire software, i want to know the "edit command file" interface in hypermesh 2022.1 version?
In the second screenshot it looks like you are in HyperView instead of HyperMesh. There is no command file for HyperView. Instead the operations for HyperView are recorded in the HWC console.
Otherwise, if you go to HyperMesh you should see the same edit command file option.

Ben is correct. In HV it is different.
But if you're looking for HM client, it is in the exact same place.

I also had the same quesitons.
I am working with legacy hymermesh, not the hyperworks. And I also cannot file the command file from Edit >> Command File.
