normal evaluation failed during 3d mesh in hypermesh

in 3d mesh generation getting an error normal evaluation failed . How to fix this?

    it would be great to have more details on your question, including pictures.

     

    have you checked your 2D mesh?

    is your mesh enclosed?

    are there free-edges?

    are there any elements with questionable quality?

    any collapsed elements that might be causing an issue in your 3D mesh?

    yes , 2d elements checked, also checked for free edges everything is ok.
