how to open 2 files in same Hm session?

you can import them, using the 'import' command.

The 1'st one can be loaded directly (open or import).

The 2nd one you need to import over your existing model to have them together.

you can import these 2 files into a same HM session and then merge them together.

Depending on the solver, you could use a TIE contact, or if prefered use tools sucha as 'equivalence' in 'edges' to combine these meshes.
