Modelling of pmsm with foc using simulink
hello,
i am using a student edition of flux for my M.Tech project. I need to co-simulate a PMSM motor with Field Oriented Control. what should i assign for the rotor kinematics for this condition. currently i am making it at imposed load and giving the parameters required by my project. but what i designed was for 5 amps rated, but in matlab it's going to 2000 amps. previously i used the simulink block for the PMSM, it worked fine. please help me with it.
i am uploading the results i got in Simulink after co-simulation.

Hi,
Can you try with imposed speed. in the mechancial set rotor use imposed speed and put the value of your speed.
Best regards.

Hello Abdessamed,
imposed speed i have tried. but when taken the output from link file in Matlab the values are not at all matching. but the speed remained constant. i need to run the motor from inital condition to see the changes in the current magnitudes.

If I understand you want to take into account, the load and see the starting of the motor? If it is the case, you can use “coupled load).

DO YOU HAVE ANY MATERIAL FOR CO-SIMULATION WITH MATLAB AND FLUX. I AM HAVING TROUBLE AS WHAT I AM MODELLING I THINK MIGHT BE WRONG.

Hi,
Unfortunately we no longer provide the examples of co simualtion between Flux and Simulink. Attacheda link shows differents steps that you need to follow to create the co simulation :
Sorry for this inconvenience.
Best regards.

Hi again,
attached to this email an example of Flux/Similink coupling.
