Graphics Issue in HyperView

I do have an issue with HyperView:
The model browser area, Toolbars and most of the functions are missing. Even a re-installation of HyperWorks did not change anything in this behaviour. Do you have an advice what I could do?

    Hello,

    you might need to delete the settings files in your 'MyDocuments' Folder ('Eigene Dateien' or 'Dokumente' in German). Please search for:
    hmmenu.set
    hmsettings.tcl
    hwsettings.xml

    and delete these files. Is the issue resolved, if you start HyperView after this? If not, please let us know and we will investigate further.
