Apply a force to a face

Hi 

I doing a simulation of a component and i need to apply a force to a face, but need to be distributed on the face.

i did this way changing to face, but the simulation result was a bit strange and i think the force was not distributed.

how to apply distributed force.

    Could you please explain what do you mean by 'Result are STRANGE'? 

     

    If possible, please attach .out file.

    hi,

    I said strange, like  strain and deformation much more than i expected and that i know that is not correct.
