Hello,

I'd like to create an Force/Displacement-Graph for a geometrical nonlinear calculation.
The task is about to analyze the Buckling-load of a 1 dimensional or later on 2 dimensional curved plate.

In Hypermesh I activated GPFORCE and DISPLACEMENT in the Output parameters and set Option to YES.
So I'm able to create a Force/Time or Displacement/Time plot in Hyperview. But i don't know how to create a Force/Displacement Graph in Hyperview. So i hope that you can show me a possibility to solve this in Hyperview or at least in Hypergraph.

Thanks in advance and best regards
Philipp

    Hi Phillipp,

Just choose the x type as displacement while plotting the curve in the build plots panel,

below I show an example where I plot velocity vs displacement

Notice how the x type pull down has the same result type options as the y type in the panel and also that I can specify the other aspects of the X type to plot like the node number, the magnitude of the displacement or the x displacement etc

Hello Sir, this graph is for non-linear geometry. Is it possible to get same for NLSTAT?..I h'd like to create force vs displacement for non-linear quasi static analysis.
