Hi Syed,
you can do this using the query panel, Just go to results > query from the top pull down menu
and also the quick query option, just right click on the screen (graphics area) > go to quick query > then click on node (or element option) > then click on an actual node anywhere on the screen to see the contour value displayed on the screen.

One small detail is missing. To see the vector displacement in the query results.
Click on the vector and under plot select the components X Y Z and click apply.
Then under Query results you can see the vector displacement for GRIDS
