Is there a way to open results files in FIeldView?
I'd like to be able to make my own surface plots, etc. but don't know how to import results into FieldView. Is it possible and if so how do I?
Use File > Data Input > AcuSolve Direct Reader
Open vwtAnalysis.Log or any AcuSolve log file with that.

You can just launch acufield view and then browse to the run path (the path in vwt > edit > preferences > run path) and then select the .log file to post process in acufieldview
After launching acusolver....Am unable to view to the log file..I went to the running directory, but am unable to find it
Would you please submit your question again as a new thread - rather than under this old thread? When you do so, please include information as to how you launched acuSolve. If from AcuConsole, please include a snapshot showing the complete launch window/panel, made wide enough to show complete directory paths.
