log4cplus error

When I am using acusolve, the command window constantly says:
log4cplus error, no appenders could be found for logger
please initialize log4cplus system properly

what's wrong and would potential problem would it cause?

    Do you have AutoCad installed in this same machine by any chance?

     

    Please also send a snapshot of the error and the exact time this error appears, also the command you use to run the analysis in the solver etc

    1. Yes, I have autodesk products installed. I am using the computer in our university's lab.
    2. the error occurs every time I try to open a model in acusolve. I can still open the model and the program is doing just fine. I am just wondering what's wrong

    mscwu,

    Try uninstalling autodesk 360 and this error should not come up, I do not see how it can actually affect the acusolve solver run currently.
