How can I get the total mass of the FE-modell using OptiStruct solver?

You do not need to use the solver to calculate the mass of your FE model, you can do this while preprocesing in HyperMesh itself,
Just go to tool > Mass calc and choose the entities.
Are you looking to find out the mass of your design and non design part after optimization?
