My Company has procured Altair Monarch Complete and I wasn to enroll myself for the certification program offered by Alatir University. However i am unable to enroll myself. Please assist.

These are certification exams created for internal channel partners and is not designed for users of the software and hence is not open for enrollment, Monarch courses and exams for users will be released in due time.
