Solver failed with message "USRMES:USER [317001] WARNING: could not set time", can you please explain what the issue is and how to rectify it?

I have modeled my vehicle in motion view without using the wizards, and I have imported all the systems from the predefined models and I am trying to reconcile them with my model. While running the J-turn event, the solver fails with the message "USRMES: USER [317001]
WARNING: could not set time". There are no error messages generated while I check my model or in the log file. Please explain what is causing this and how to fix it.

If you are a commercial customer please create a support ticket using the process specific to your country. Or, please post the model here and someone might be able to suggest why you're getting these messages. It is impossible to diagnose without the model.
